What does delivery cost and when will I receive my items?
Please note that all orders are being dispatched via Royal Mail at the moment. However, there may be some delays if there is a strain on the postal system. Thank you for continuing to support small businesses.
All UK orders over £50 are eligible for FREE Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.
Otherwise delivery within the UK is with Royal Mail 48 hours at £3.99
There is also a Royal Mail 24 hour option at a cost of £4.99. Please note that this isn't a guaranteed 24 hour service as it depends on your local postal service, but we have found it to be pretty good and equivalent or better than first class.
Please note that all orders are processed the same or next working day and the 48hours/ 24 hours applies from when the post is picked up. Post is collected at regular intervals Monday-Friday. To be guaranteed same day postage orders will need to be placed before 2pm.
We also offer worldwide shipping. Which is £15. Please note that you will be responsible for any tax, duties or VAT incurred by your country.
The last guaranteed UK order date for Christmas is noon on the 17th December. We are still dispatching up until noon on the 23rd December - please opt for 24 hour postage option if you are ordering after the 17th.
We are also dispatching and processing returns on the 29th and 30th December. We will be operating as normal from the 4th January.
What if I need to return an item?
All items can be returned within 30 days of you receiving it and we will refund you within 5 working days. Please also note that there is a 'buy now pay later' option at the check out which will mean that you would not have yet been charged for your item/s. Please note the pay later options is 14 days from payment.
To be eligible for a refund items must be returned in their original packaging with the tag attached and must be clean and unworn. Please be careful when trying items on - you must ensure the item is free from make up, deodorant or perfume which may stain the material. The item must be in a saleable condition. We are unable to refund items which are not in a saleable condition.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty (every item is checked thoroughly) we will provide you with a full refund and return postage costs.
Unfortunately as a small business we can not cover return postage costs for returns or exchanges.
You must ensure that all items included if part of a set are returned.
If you wish to try another item or size you will need to return the item and include a note or the invoice clearly stating which size you would like to exchange for. The above rules regarding returns will still apply. One exchange per item only.
How do I return an item?
Please return the item in its original packaging to the return address on the invoice. Please include the invoice slip so that we know who is returning the item! It would also be helpful if you can tell us why you are returning the item.
The items are your responsibility until they reach us. You may wish to use registered mail to return the item as we can not accept liability for any loss or damage in transit. You are responsible for the return postage costs for returns. However, please note that refunds include second class( Royal Mail 48 hour) postage costs.
The original postage cost refund applies when returning a full order. This is because we keep a flat postage cost for however many items you buy and so the postage will still apply to the item/s you have kept.
